Secure and Integrable Cloud Architecture
AXESS TMC offers cloud services for IoT devices through the People Hub portal. The base module (device module) includes device configuration, firmware updates, device status monitoring, data decoding, and data forwarding to a configurable application server in the same format of X Line (X3, X4, and X7).
The application server to which data is forwarded can be a third-party service or another People Hub module: ClokiAC for access control or ClokiPres for time and attendance.
Communications between devices and the People Hub cloud are encrypted (HTTPS / MQTTS) and feature secure, encrypted identification for both the server and the device.

People Hub: Centralized Management of the IoT Line
People Hub is the AXESS TMC cloud server dedicated to managing IoT devices. It enables device onboarding, endpoint setup, firmware updates, initial configuration, organization into logical groups, monitoring, parameter backup, and data management.
Every IoT device registers to the cloud server with its own unique ID. Users can create logical groups, associate devices with their profile, and modify parameters such as application server address, configuration profile, group membership, time zone, and reporting frequency.
