Segnaliamo tuttavia che, i sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento della App (come ad esempio Apple Store, Google Play o App Gallery), acquisiscono nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati comunque riferibili all\u2019Utente la cui trasmissione \u00e8 implicita nell&#8217;uso dei protocolli di comunicazione internet, degli smartphone e dei dispositivi utilizzati. In questa categoria di dati rientrano, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, la posizione geografica, l\u2019identit\u00e0 del telefono, i contatti dell\u2019Utente, e-mail, i dati relativi alla carta di credito. L\u2019Utente potr\u00e0 consultare le informazioni sulla Privacy disponibili sui seguenti siti:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apple Store &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/privacy\/it\/\">http:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/privacy\/it\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Google Play &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.it\/intl\/it\/policies\/privacy\/\">https:\/\/www.google.it\/intl\/it\/policies\/privacy\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>App Gallery &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/consumer.huawei.com\/it\/legal\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/consumer.huawei.com\/it\/legal\/privacy-policy\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019app Access19 raccoglie i seguenti dati personali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dati della geolocalizzazione<\/strong> per l\u2019invio della verifica avvenuta ai lettori Bluetooth Zucchetti Axess<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fotocamera<\/strong> per la verifica di validit\u00e0 del green pass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modalit\u00e0 del trattamento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I trattamenti avvengono in formato elettronico e, durante l\u2019utilizzo dell\u2019app, la validit\u00e0 del green pass (e solo in caso di green pass valido) \u00e8 reindirizzata attraverso connessioni sicure al server configurabile, o attraverso connessione cifrata al lettore Bluetooth Zucchetti Axess. I dati sopra riportati non sono mai salvati sul dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Periodo di conservazione dei dati personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La validit\u00e0 del Green Pass viene conservata solo per il tempo strettamente necessario all\u2019invio al server o al lettore Bluetooth<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalit\u00e0 del trattamento cui sono destinati i dati personali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019app viene utilizzata per inviare la validit\u00e0 del green pass al server o al lettore Bluetooth.<\/p>\n<p>Il download dell\u2019app \u00e8 volontario ed in ogni momento l\u2019utente pu\u00f2 disinstallarla o modificare i permessi e le autorizzazioni affinch\u00e9 non siano pi\u00f9 registrati dati personali quali la geolocalizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ambito di conoscenza dei Suoi dati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I dati trattati dell\u2019app sono trasmessi al server configurabile o attraverso connessione cifrata al lettore Bluetooth Zucchetti Axess. However, we point out that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the App (such as Apple Store, Google Play or App Gallery) acquire, during their normal operation, some data in any case referable to the User whose transmission is implicit. in the use of internet communication protocols, smartphones and devices used. The above data is never saved on the device.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal data retention period<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>The Green Pass validity is retained only for as long as it takes to send it to the server or Bluetooth reader.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal data processing purposes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The app is used to send the validity of the green pass to the server or Bluetooth reader.<\/p>\n<p>Downloading the app is voluntary and, at any time, the user can uninstall it or change permissions so that personal data such as geolocation is no longer recorded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of knowledge of your data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The processed data of the app is transmitted to the configurable server or via encrypted connection to the Zucchetti Axess Bluetooth reader.
