The Time & Attendance software for any type of company
PEOPLE TIME MANAGEMENT is a software developed with “.net” technology that, when integrated with the time and attendance terminals from Zucchetti, represents the ideal solution for the automation of attendance processes, as well as control and management of data related to attendance and absence of personnel in companies of any size and in any industry.
From small and simple companies to large and complex organizations and institutions such as banks, hospitals, state or municipal governments. It allows control over the company’s productivity and labor costs.
Main features
The application PEOPLE TIME MANAGEMENT:
• Records IN and OUT transactions of each employee,
• Highlights any anomalies against the predefined work behavior patterns,
• Allows those responsible to view and control data regarding time and attendance of personnel,
• Facilitates the management of data and the extraction of useful data for statistic purposes, calculation of wages (reason codes management, daily/monthly automatic creation of different contractual benefits according to attendance data, e.g. shift differential, vacation accruals, etc.),
• Manages printing of appropriate reports according to labor regulations and requirements,
• Manages any type of timetable according to contracts requirements.

Three different possibilities of data management
Each report can be viewed on a PC screen, printed or saved as a file.
Cyclic or fixed shifts rule assignment
Each employee can be assigned fixed work hours as well as flexible schedules. The employee enters and exits following his/her own schedule and the program totals the hours worked during a specified time frame (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.). Rounding rules can be established based on specific time allowances (within a defined time zone) applied to starting times or total worked time. It also allows personalization of calculations.
No limit to the management period
All data is available at any moment for generation of reports.
Import/Export of data
People time management enables the import/export of data from or into other applications.
Network installation
The archives of People Time Management may also be kept in a network folder. This allows controlled accessibility and added protection. Backups can be done at any time.
Chronological data archives
Data that is not used frequently can be filed chronologically in a dedicated archive. This provides further program speed and efficiency. The archived data can be retrieved and reviewed at any time.
Multi-user
People Time Management allows multi-user access.
Integration
People Time Management includes the communication with Zucchetti compatible terminals, and it can use data collected from any other terminal type. It exports data to any payroll file.
Automatic import-processing
The software enables the import of records and the automatic processing of the acquired data.
