TIME & ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT WEB is a Time & Attendance solution entirely web-based, usable from any place through any type of Internet/Intranet connection, that best manages data collection in companies/entities with decentralized functions, therefore with more headquarters, branches, stores, Work sites distributed on the territory. In fact the solution allows branches to manage via web Time and Attendance in complete autonomy, without having to install the software nearby.

Main features
The solution has a modular structure, including a Time and Attendance management basic module and different integrated additional modules (Workflow T&A and Expense Report and Missions, Cost centers and Working sites, Infovision, etc.), but at the same time independent, therefore adaptable to every company need. Time & Attendance Management web can be integrated with all Zucchetti HR products, moreover it can be integrated with whatever other payment and human resources management products present on the market.
Advantages
Personal data
Time and Attendance Management Web has a personal data archive integrated with all Zucchetti HR procedures and updated in real time.
Information can be introduced from headquarters or branches (giving to decentralized office managers the possibility to insert/change employees in their management center). It can keep track of temporal variations and the operators who inserted that data.
Multi company procedure
The application can manage more distinct companies at the same time, with different labor agreements, guaranteeing complete logical environment parting/separation.
Real time data availability
All Zucchetti Attendance terminals are connectable through telephone lines or LAN / WAN (using TCP/IP protocol) on a PC installed in the headquarters; the download of transactions memorized in terminals is automatically scheduled and activated in pre-arrange timetables in the absence of operators. This allows real time data availability of all company employees’ attendance situations.
Practical Features
The “work station” is nothing else but a PC installed with a HTML browser directly connected to the company’s network or, in case of remote connection, through an ISDN or ADSL line. This means that one can always have the procedure available on any computer connected to the company’s network.
Password / security management
The section concerning access password management is developed with a particular attention to security and access configuration, according to privacy law regulations. For each user it is possible to define:
• “population”;
• those “sections” that can be used with a personalized desktop; for each user it is possible to define a personalized “desktop”, displaying only qualified functions;
• access type for every section (only display, insertion, modification, cancel);
• user language.
Flexibility
Time and Attendance Management Web is extremely flexible and allows:
• different timetables for estimated stamping number (without stamping, monostamping, 2 o 4 o 6 stamping, free), flexibility type (periodic or daily coverage), shifts coverage ( shifts at the end of the day, worked hours at the beginning and ending of the day);
• calculation of theoretical hours, worked hours, ordinary, worked days, paid days, exceptional, shift increases and compensation subdivided per hour intervals and days of the week;
• automatic shift rotation for weekly, periodical and continuous cycle management;
• assignment of more timetables for the same employee and automatic timetable specification according to work attendance;
• counter definition for management of reports, responsibilities, remainders, progressive, hour amount, etc.;
• stamping management auto justified introduced directly in the stamping terminals.
Additional Modules
Workflow time and attendance
This module manages via web (Internet/Intranet) time and attendance communication flow between personnel department and company collaborators. Operating like a real company portal, the module allows collaborators to control their stampings and insert requests (justifications, authorizations, exceptional and holiday) which are automatically forwarded to managers (in a hierarchical ten level scale) for authorization. Requests arrive at the personnel office, waiting for final approval and information transfer acceptance into Time and Attendance Management Web software. Workflow Time and Attendance is considerably advantageous because it speeds up all personnel office activities, gives managers and collaborators greater autonomy and improves staff services, allowing collaborators to view information of their interest (attendance cards, holiday updated situations, authorizations, etc.).
Workflow Expense Report and Transfers/Missions
The module operates like a portal, allowing users to request via web transfers/missions, advance payments, travel tickets and reservations and to know at any time the request progress status, which has to be approved by appointed managers.
Cost Centers and Work Sites
The module allows companies to make accurate management checks, assigning work activities from employees to cost centers or nearby Work sites in which they actually operated.
The software automatically links daily worked hours \to the cost center or work site in every employee’s personal data; operators will subsequently intervene adjusting the days in which the employee has not performed the activities included in his personal data standard identification. The employee can be assigned to an unlimited number of work-sites and cost centers per day. During hour division stage the software carries out equalization checks between declared and calculated daily presences.
The software can show at any time the total amount of worked hours performed by each employee divided by cost centers or construction sites, or total number of worked hours in every Cost Center or Work site divided per employee.
It is also possible to assign every employee a field relevant to the working activity in order to return even more management control.
Automatic time and attendance sheet
Time and Attendance Management Web draws up an “attendance sheet” automatically creating fictive hours performed per day based on employee’s standard timetable; the operator (who could hypothetically be the employee) communicates, monthly exceptions (overtime, various absences) through a facilitated input. Working on these “exceptions” considerably reduces the time needed for attendance sheet compilation and consequently the time needed for monthly authentication and payment processes. Employee attendance sheet compilation can be validated at a monthly level by managers who approve all movements with electronic signatures. Moreover, the procedure limits/ pins down the authenticated prints and the data export into Payroll only to those having a positive outcome.
Automatic attendance sheet management is an alternative to the normal time and attendance management system which uses data collection terminals and badges. These two systems can live together and use the same administrative tools (prints and displays reports, employee monitoring, etc).
Shifts planning
Weekly panning is the ideal tool to manage, plan and elaborate department personnel attendance.
The assigned population is associated to the user based on profile according to standard application conditions.
Weekly panning has two “panels”, or to be more precise weekly activity planning (shifts, justifications, movements) and the actual work (variations, elaboration based on attendance data).
The software has multiple features, it enables daily shifts variation, justifications insertion, daily and weekly timetable coverage checks, personnel assignment to a new office.
Once responsible manages the planning with graphic help, the system, offers the possibility to publish the outcome.
With the purpose of checking if the department working activity goes according to already made plans, having at his disposal the amount of theoretical and scheduled hours, as well as statistic support information, the department manager can alter stamping, validate overtime and justify absences, obtaining calculation evidence/proof on the spot.
Reservations and canteen consumption
Here we deal with two functions: “Reservation” and “Consumption”, also used individually, with the possibility to choose meals. In fact it is possible to create a table containing the entrées with their prices for employees and suppliers.
A series of prints and standard exportations are available to obtain daily and monthly meal summaries detailed/divided by canteen and by employee, with detailed totals and billing amounts to the employee, as well as checking invoices issued by canteen administrators.
Multilingual
Screen content can be translated and/or customized in any language contained by the operative system.
Information contained in the database (table or personal data descriptions) can also be translated in more languages.
Infovision
Infovision is a Zucchetti Business Intelligence product. Through a data warehouse that has a compatible interface with the complete Zucchetti HR Suite it is possible to create query graphics that allow software data extraction, so the end user can manage internal reports in a personal manner. Infovision is natively integrated with HR solutions, with pre-established datamart to ease decision-making processes.
From all Infovision advantages we quote:

• compatibility and precision in extracting from Excel, Word or other non Office

• user formula, joined in the timetable management for further verticalization and renderinf flexibility to the calculation system;
• original stamping registration that will be memorized for a real situation instant confirmation according to subsequent processing;
• anomaly management, that shows only those employees with anomaly cases and, thanks to automatisms and macro-orders it reduces and simplifies installation and justification management;
• scheduler, for computerized processing of large data quantities, daily analysis and monthly totals;
• display and print, to obtain documents in PDF format containing all data useful for the personnel office; it is also possible to generate files in test format to help data transfer in other procedures or for processing them through calculation sheets.

The software may also be used in ASP mode. In this case, the software resides on a Server Farm (Zucchetti centralised processing centre) and is used via the Internet.
Modules and functions
The application has a modular structure, which make it especially suitable for rapidly developing enterprises whose needs are sometimes hard to predetermine; these integrated yet independent modules allow the application to be adapted to all company requirements, current or future.
